• Open IIS 7
• Select your website
• Open .NET GLOBALIZATION
• From Culture tab, select required Culture and UI Culture.
• Do iisreset

Could you check versions of leptonX in the .csproj under YourProject.Blazor

• Volo.Abp.AspNetCore.Components.Server.LeptonXTheme
• Volo.Abp.AspNetCore.Mvc.UI.Theme.LeptonX

Note: It should be 1.0.0-beta.1 for 5.2.* and 1.0.0-beta.2 for 5.3.*
